Any claims, complaints, or disputes regarding food or grocery items must be directed to the vendor. Grocista Foodie will not be liable for any damages, losses, or health issues arising from vendor-supplied products.

5. Delivery Services

Grocista Foodie facilitates delivery of orders placed through the Platform. We strive to ensure timely delivery, but we are not liable for delays caused by vendors, traffic, weather, or other factors beyond our control. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees.
