Grocista Foodie coordinates delivery of orders placed through the Platform. We partner with third-party vendors (restaurants, grocers, or suppliers) and logistics providers to ensure your orders reach you. We do not prepare or manufacture food; our role is limited to facilitating order placement and delivery.

Delivery services are subject to availability, vendor operating hours, and geographic location. We reserve the right to refuse delivery to certain areas or under specific circumstances (e.g., extreme weather or safety concerns).

3. Delivery Areas

We offer delivery within designated service areas, which may vary based on your location and the vendor’s coverage. You can check available vendors and delivery options by entering your address on the Platform. If your location is outside our service area, you may not be able to place an order.

4. Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and vary based on vendor preparation time, distance, traffic, weather, and other factors. These times are estimates, not guarantees. We strive to deliver promptly but are not liable for delays caused by:

  • Vendor delays in preparing your order.
  • Traffic, road conditions, or adverse weather.
  • Inaccurate or incomplete delivery information provided by you.

5. Delivery Fees

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Grocista Foodie will not be liable for:

  • Delays or failures in delivery due to external factors (e.g., vendor delays, weather).
  • Damages or losses caused by inaccurate delivery information.
  • Issues arising from food quality or preparation (vendor responsibility).
